Random evolutions and random evolution requirements can lock rookie evolutions in some cases #30

Due to the way rookie evolutions are selected, it is possible to get stuck in in-training form when stats meet certain criteria. To fix this, we will need a validity check when randomizing evolution requirements to make sure the requirements for rookies shared by a single in-training do not overlap (so there is no stat that leaves the digimon unable to evolve when it is highest).
