Randomize remaining recruits #32

The following recruits are currently not randomized:

Agumon, Airdramon, MetalGreymon, Palmon, Vegiemon, Greymon, Birdramon, Centarumon, Angemon, Monzaemon.

Of those, only Agumon, Airdramon, and MetalGreymon cannot be randomized. The remaining 7 should be added.
