Give the bonus digi evo items a value #55

The bonus digimon evolution items have a value of zero currently. This is bizarre in the randomizer and disappointing when you find these items. They should be assigned values like the others: 5000 for champion and 9999 for ultimate. This should be included whenever we include chest item randomization.
