Force starter to be changed when the option is enabled #6

It is currently possible for Agumon or Gabumon to be randomized to themself when random starter is enabled. I think this is boring and should not be allowed. It should at least be a configurable option to force a change (I can see the appeal of having a familiar starter with everything changed around them).
