Add option to mute background music #61

Sometimes you just want to play your own music, but don't want to lose all of the sound effects. This is a convenient way to do that.

Setting 0x14CF84B4 to zero should be sufficient to have this effect. This is the address for default volume that is loaded for every track, as far as we know.
