The ObtainAll option would require that there be at least one evolution path to every digimon (except for numemon, sukamon, kunemon, vademon, etc). Currently, random evolutions are assigned in a much more simple way (pick random things each evolves to, then update the "from" accordingly). This results in the very likely possibility that some digimon will no "from"s at all.
