Not sure why the build failed..., I don't think we have a proper AppVeyor setup just yet. Hopefully we can resolve these issues in #65.

After having a look, my guess is the PR was merged before the build completed and therefore AppVeyor failed to find: refs/pull/66/merge, effectively failing the build.
