Additional step needed to compile #5

Need to add:

cd /opt/vc/src/hello_pi/libs/ilclient
make

to the Raspberry Pi instructions before compiling cam_overlay. Otherwise, it will not compile. I give credit for this to someone on REDDIT. I had already done that step before compiling another program.
