Add procedural and latino notation #31

I add the latino-american.js - Latino American Rhythm Pack to simplify the composition. And equal-procedural.js - This notation is more intuitive or logic and better to reason. It may be useful for procedural music. And update band.js, band.min.j to 1.1.3 According issues 30: https://github.com/meenie/band.js/issues/30

I replace notation to numbers to eliminate quotation marks.
