..because ob_gzhandler is not support by HHVM

@slav123 Maybe instead of doing environment detection we can do feature detection? Will HHVM eventually support it?

agreed - feature detection would be better. Regarding your question - don't think that they are going to implement it. ob_gzhandler is not hhvm style ;)

Sorry but no loner got access to this server. Was working on project couple months ago and currently don't even gave munee deployed anywhere to test it.
