Moved all the hourly and daily quest rewards from their respective quest file to a master reward pool list in sv_quest
Added handling for rewarding and for the quest tab reward message
Added support for shard rewards, specific mods on guns, and giving random grenades/melees as rewards
Next, the support hooks:
Added a "PlutoHealthGain" hook to the rejuv status effect and the leech effect for the Medic quest. Other healing effects in the future can use the same hook.
Added a "PlutoWeaponCrafted" hook to the crafting process for the Craftsman quest and The Greater Good quest. Other crafting quests in the future can use the same hook.
Speaking of quest support, my tttrw pull request for the was_burned tag for the flare gun must be merged before this because it's used in it. https://github.com/meepen/tttrw/pull/94
Traitor Tracker, kill traitors rightfully by tracking DNA (I wasn't able to test this one alone so we need to test this on the dev server before it goes live!)
Craftsman, craft 4+ mod weapons
Medic, heal missing health (rejuv and leech, maybe more ways in the future?)
Grounded, kill people from the same spot
Final Fight, kill people post-round
The Greater Good, sacrifice inevitables and unusuals (which are the main guns sacrificed in crafting)
Swiss Army Traitor, get a rightful kill with each of melee, primary, and secondary in one round
Survivor, survive rounds in a row
Changed Noob Stomper to Noob Crusher (rightful prop kills and pushing people off ledges as well as crushing people)
Reduced unique cooldown from 7 days to 1 day since a finished unique quest does nothing but take up quest tab space
Fixed up reward and reward text handling and implemented shard rewards and specific mod on gun reward,
Added and changed numerous quest rewards (Please look carefully over the things I added and comment wherever you feel necessary!)
