Add PlutoCurrencyPickup that runs whenever a currency is successfully picked up. I wasn't sure if this should go above or below the cur.Pickup chunk, can move it to below if it ends up causing any issues
Add The Collector, the quest for picking up mini-event currencies (uses PlutoCurrencyPickup)
Add Bold Killer, the quest for identifying innocents within 3 seconds of killing them (uses TTTBodyIdentified)
Made Craftsman and Incinerator have slightly lower requirements
Added Promised to The Greater Good's allowed tiers
Made Noob Crusher only block progress for 5 seconds after a movement ability is used instead of the entire round
Made Traitor Tracker gain progress when a player gets DNA on a living traitor for the first time. It updates at the end of the round to prevent metagaming
Added brain egg as a legacy egg reward, added stardust rewards (lower than I think they could be but it's safer to be too low than too high), added promised shard to hourly and promised gun to weekly, and changed a few other rewards
Added Last Stand, the quest for getting kills while below 20 health
Added Unstoppable, the quest for getting 3 kills in quick succession
