A bunch of formatting changes to make everything prettier, mainly:

  1. Distinction between the need to use "a" or "an"
  2. Adding a multiplier to the chatprint for quest rewards that are multiples, for examples Orange Egg (x10)
  3. Tidying up the quest menu

THIS MUST BE PUSHED AFTER THE TTTRW UPDATES BECAUSE IT USES THE NEW startswithvowel FUNCTION

I added myself to the allowed list on my side of things so that I could test my work on the quest rewards, but accidentally pushed it like a monkey with the other changes. I can revert that if you want.

i might work a bit on this as well to add on to some additions, like maybe adding reward pools
