The ttt_hazard removal is a repeat because I accidentally undid and redid the commit like a monkey.

For, the other stuff:

  1. Added a trade ended message. In the future I want to expand this into trade accepted and trade canceled.
  2. Made trade messages appear in chat for living players if the round isn't active as a compromise between having trade chat messages and avoiding ghosting
  3. Made the default selected currency amount in trade 1 instead of max. This is because a lot of trades involve a single currency and almost no trades involve all of a currency, so it just makes it easier on everyone.
