Frag out! Grenade Additions. #84

Adds 4 grenades, a new grenade mod, and a sound to base pluto inv. These SHOULD be able to spawn in world, have modifiers and work with the inventory, however, they won't be able to drop as items in the inventory without a change re-enabling grenade item drops.

New sound: pop.ogg - Pop!

New Grenade - Miniaturized barrel: On detonation, spawns a 1 HP explosive barrel at ground level. Ever thought: "Man if only I had an explosive barrel RIIIIGHT there."? Now you can.

New Grenade - Insta-Barrier: On contact: spawns a 300 HP immobile bookshelf at ground level to act as a makeshift barricade. Faces towards the way you are looking on detonation. More a utility grenade, but can be used as emergency cover generator in a firefight.

New Grenade - Jailers Grenade: On detonation: Spawns 4 temporary fences around where the grenade landed, caging anyone unlucky enough to be inside it for 2 seconds, before the barricades destroy themselves. Can be shot through. Very powerful, if you can land it.

New Grenade - Rolling Thunder: On contact explodes, bounces 2 times. Deals 35 damage in a 150U radius. High Elasticity. Borderlands anyone?

New Grenade Mod - Of Thunder: Causes the grenade to Bounce up to 3 more times. Only rolls on Rolling Thunder grenades. Chaos, Chaos!

Hoho-boy, I had some great ideas, this PR will be back when Im done with them....
