Scorched Guns compat

• [ ] Add and balance affixes with new attributes
• [ ] Come up with "gems'" to be inserted into guns (will likely be rebranded from gems to various weapon parts/attachments)
• [ ] Get textures for aforementioned gems
• [ ] Add affix loot entries for low level armor and guns
