Description: Upon each page refresh, the FAQ questions are duplicated, causing redundancy and potential confusion for users. This issue impacts the clarity and usability of the FAQ section.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the FAQ section.
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Observe that the FAQ questions are duplicated.

Expected Behavior: After refreshing the FAQ page, the questions should not be duplicated, ensuring a clear and consistent presentation of information.

Actual Behavior: Upon each refresh, the FAQ questions are duplicated, leading to redundancy and a cluttered user interface.
