Update Viewbox #57

Viewbox gets a more robust treatment, while not an SVGElement itself, it gets treated more robustly and less crashy.

While better, it introduced a bug as told by changed results with the W3C tests being wrongly sized. Quite still worth fixing. But, more carefully.
