Ensure Meerkat v3 doesn't contain sensitive information or allow unauthorized access to icinga.

[x] Test using Meerkat Server as a proxy to Icinga for none dashboard results
[x] Ensure any data coming back from Meerkat Server doesn't contain sensitive information.

The is a blocker for v3 general release.

Meerkat fails to load if the backend isn't available. Meerkat should handle missing backends gracefully and still load.
