Sounds play on changes to display or check result even if state isn't changing #197

Describe the bug Sounds play on changes to display or check result even if state isn't changing

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have a dashboard with sound that uses perf data
  2. Change the perfdata without changing the state
  3. Sound plays

Expected behavior Sound only plays on state change
