Describe the bug After saving a dashboard other instances of the same dashboards aren't asked to reload

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. In browser windows open the same dashboard, one view and one edit
  2. Make a change to the dashboard being edited and save

Expected behavior Expecting the dashboard that is viewing to update with the latest dashboard info, this doesn't happen.
