Unicode UTF-8 Chinese Charset Code Error #9

Hi，this program can't recognize my country code after I enabled the Unicode UTF-8 feature.

Control Panel > Clock and Region > Region > Administrative tab > Change system locale button > enable Beta:Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support.

Hi Diagram Designer does not support utf8/unicode. Please try to follow this old help page for language setup - https://meesoft.com/DiagramDesigner/Help/CharSetHelp.htm /Michael
