Use unambigous date format for billing screen #481

I'm looking at the billing screen, and it's telling me when I will be charged.

However, I think it is using MM-DD-YYYY, which isn't used in most countries, and is thus confusing.

Could this be localised, or at least switch to ISO 8601?
