Enable calls #12

I was able to change the user agent by going to View --> Toggle service developer tools --> More tools --> Network conditions --> User agent.

Tested it and the call worked.

However I wasn't able to test the actual change in this commit because for some reason Skype did not appear under the development services tab in the "add service" screen.

You can see the commit, not much to it...

@adlk This is a much needed fix

Good catch, was wondering why the buttons were disabled when I tried to call. :+1: for this

@mderazon Just go to the %appdata%\Franz\recipes\skype folder and edit the files to test your change. They are not overwritten by Franz on startup.
