please add lifter pictures in the BIO page.

Suggest a "pic" subfolder with

firstnamelastname.jpg - like the openlifter characterless style.

then ajax request for and gtg

• need to work out how lifters will add their pictures *

Temporarily disabled (display: none) until I have a reliable way to upload the pics

enabled just for the APU Equipped nationals (AGZ). It works great but editing and uploading no good
