Is it possible to include in the report of a csv-report also all empty rows or fields. For example: MRBS is used to borrow a flipchart.

  1. period Mr. Miller booked
  2. period is empty, no one booked
  3. period Mr. Smith booked
  4. period empty ...

When i now download the report.csv file, in excel i just see period 1 and 3. I want to see in the csv report also the 2nd and 4th period, even there is no booking or entry. (because of an automated reporting function of excel).

Hope you have an idea and can support.

Thanks

My only idea is to create a repeating booking across all rooms called "No Booking" or something and skip conflicts.

i activated the "+" sign in the sheet (like the look and feel of an older version of MRBS). Is it possible to print this "+" also out in the report? Then my problem should be solved

come back to your idea to "No booking", possible, but i have then to change the colour (see request #296 background field color for a specific text), otherwise all just recognnice that the timeslot is booked, not regarding on the text.

No, that won't work I'm afraid. I think you are going to have to modify report.php to meet your requirements.

Yes, obviously the "No booking" idea will only work sensibly for producing reports of past activity. It won't be suitable for reports of future bookings.
