Public calender, not logged in users can place a booking requests

I know, that MRBS is designed in general to work with logged in users.

But: I like to user MRBS (I already have some mrbs experience in an other application) for booking a room of our association, where it's not possible to admin user accounts for all members (which often cachange). All booking request are processed by an administrator.

What should be possible (my wish):

everybody can see the existing reservations (I already set the details to "private")
everybody can place a booking request directy from the calender, and fill out the informations. (but no edit/delete, etc. an entry, just place a reques).
The request (sent by E-mail to the admin as used in MRBS) will be processed an confirmed ---> already implemented in MRBS

Is there any possibility to do that? I think there are ohter applications to do something like this.
