I can't reproduce this I'm afraid. When the person in recipients receives the HTML + iCal email is the address of the booker on the To or Cc lines? If so I suspect that the booker's email system is classifying the email as spam somewhere along the line.

Hi Campbell,
This is the log I am getting when icalendar is turned on. The mail server is like it just pushes the mail to the defined mail ids it does not validate anything. I dont think there is anything like classifying spam because I have a OSTicket installed on my machine and the mail does goto the one who raises a ticket.

Hi Campbell,
I have tested the following step. Made a booking with booker@xxx.com keeping admin@xxx.com and booker@xxx.com in the receipients to check. It turns out to be the same . Booker is not getting any mail even though i have added booker email in the receipients. Any help would be really appreciated.

It looks like MRBS is correctly sending out mail to the booker, but my suspicion is that the booker's inbox is not receiving it for some reason.
You could confirm this by switching around the email addresses. In other words give the person making the booking an address of admin@... and the admin an address of booker@...
Also when the admin gets the email, is the booker listed in the mail header? If so then I think the problem is not an MRBS problem but a problem somewhere in the booker's (not yours) mail system.

Ya I have even tried switching the email ids, still no luck. Thanks for the reply, I wanted to confirm it from you before i go to the mail server side.

Hi Campbell,
I want to add the booker in the $mail_settings['receipients']='ttst@gsgs.com,booker'; what should i put there to add booker in the receipients.

There's no way to add something which will get substituted for the booker's email address. You'd have to add each possible booker's email address - but then of course people will get emails even when they haven't booked anything.
