I need to synchronize the calendar with google calendar MRBS there any plugins that make me sync?

I'm not aware of any plugins, but it is possible in MRBS to import and export bookings as iCalendar (.ics) files, so it would be possible to use that as the basis of a script.

We are looking for an option who could make reminders to the room managers a while before the meeting. It would be great If we could use google calendar for this. Do you have any recommendations or suggestions?

One solution would be to write a script that is run as a cron job that emails the room managers before the meeting.
