Hello.

it is possible that some developer installing MRBS in some azure machine or amazon machine or something similar?

Or course paying. if it is possible, how it much cost?

Unfortunately that's not the way a purely open source project like MRBS works. The installation is pretty simple for anyone familiar with installing applications in a LAMP stack.
