You'd have to create your own policy in mrbsCheckPolicy() in mrbs_sql.inc.

Thanks for the prompt response. I will have a go but it might defeat me. I imagine many users may have a similar requirement at the moment so if I have any success I will post the results back here.

Hi.
This problem has been brought about by the need for us to socially-distance during the COVID period. At present, we have an area using periods and in that area are ten bookable items. So, it is possible to have up to ten users 'on-site' at one time, all using various resources within the same period. This has never been a problem in the past, but we now need to limit the number of users (in our case, to five) on-site at any one time in order to observe distancing needs. But we still need to leave our ten bookable resources available so users can choose the appropriate one for their needs. Can MRBS be tweaked somehow to achieve this, please? Put simply: Limit the number of users who can book one particular period. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
