Keeping selected rooms between areas #2915

Hi, when you change the area, you loose the rooms previously selected. ¿any way to prevent that? Thanks.

Sorry. I have rooms in three diferents areas, and I want to use the multi-rooom option. I mean, a multi-room meeting involving rooms from different areas. (I know it's kind of weird but the fact is that the differentes areas are conected by zoom) But every time the users change the area in order to select rooms from other areas, ths systems 'forgets' (don't keep), the rooms selected in the other areas.

You mean when making a booking you want to select rooms from different areas? I'm afraid that's not possible and to make it possible would require major changes to MRBS.

As an alternative, are you able to reorganise your rooms so that the ones you want are all in the same area?
