LIGHT THEME: Make banners linkable #237

Please make it possible in the interface to attach a link to banners. That is, if a visitor clicks a banner, they will got to some other page or site, wherever the banner leads.

The default should remain that banners are not linked to anything.

This is in response to a request from client New England Soundproofing, received March 8, 2016.

@KathJohnson Did we ever find out what the links were on this request? If we get those we can add them via a script, or we can make this a feature in the admin banner section.

I don't have the links for this. I'm not sure they actually exist yet. I suspect it would be cheaper to do this with a script rather than adding it to the interface. This issue should be on hold for now. When I have a list of links ready I'll revive it. Thx.

@vivek-chaudhari This is a low priority, but a client has asked about it. Would this be difficult to do? Basically, we'd need the ability to add a link to banners, probably via a text box on the admin banner creation page. It would say something like "add URL/Link for your banner:" and a text box to add it. Thoughts?

@jboz62 This is not so difficult, we can achieve it easily. We can provide it as optional. If textbox have value then we will load banner as url, otherwise not.
