Docker load test #36

New tests for ejector, injector and runner. They employ two of the aforementioned components, which are both killed after which a task is sent. When a task has been sent, one of the aforementioned components are brought back up, and it is expected to excecute nonetheless.

There are two new load tests, and master was merged into this branch to bring it up to date.
