Feature/ new theme + event update api + change ZITADEL_INSTANCE_HOST => `login.meetnear.me` #130

This PR does three things:

  1. New theme / responsive handling, logo
  2. Adds the missing PATCH rest APIs for use with @Brandon-G-Trip 's work in event admin ui - (single)PATCH /events/{event id} and (bulk) PATCH /events
  3. It's not in code, because it's just an env var change, but I updated ZITADEL_INSTANCE_HOST in github env vars to point to login.meetnear.me

Coverage is good, tests pass, added a whole bunch. Yee haw ðŸ¤
