Try to run the following command in Terminal:
bcdedit /deletevalue disabledynamictick
Restart, and please verify if it works.

This doesn't work, the laptop is still dreadfully hot during sleep mode. Unless I do repair upgrade (But this breaks Revision Tool).

Describe the bug
I'm using a laprtop, in sleep mode the CPU easily go overheated while the fan is off, which doesn't happen in regular Windows 11. This problem exists since last year I first tried Revi OS, although it's possible to solve the problem by doing a repair update using original Windows 11 ISO, using Revison Tool will not be possible in this way,
Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior
