Upgraded from 23.09 to 23.10, home folder defaults were set to OneDrive folders, and my personal non-OneDrive folders were deleted.

ReviOS removes OneDrive as stated on the Feature page on revi.cc. There is an option keep OneDrive in Custom Features before applying the playbook.

I did not have OneDrive installed prior to the update and do not use it. Running the playbook deleted the personal folders under C:\Users\%USERNAME%\ such as Documents, Photos and Videos, and created new default folders under C:\Users\%USERNAME%\OneDrive\

I tried applying revi after installing the official win 11 but without microsoft account it worked well because your docs & desktop files dont get mapped to be in OneDrive folder

so i think when installing win 11 disconnect internet to skip the OOBE first time setup which can enable OneDrive

This will ensure you skip setting up microsoft account which will map your folders (Desktop, Documents) into OneDrive which can cause issues when you uninstall OneDrive
