[Multiple header rows] and fixed columns not working #47

I have created header with multi rows as below;

Vessel / Voyage NameDate of SailingPODFPDB/L NoContainer NoType of UnitIncomeExpensesFinal AmountRemarks Freight Charge DC Surcharge Other Recovery Other Recovery Remarks Total Income Slot Fees + CBR + SUR DC Surcharge Agent Commision PHC Lift On/Off Other Expenses Other Expenses Remarks Total Expenses

You can see above link to working example. It is not working and its a mess. Can you please help me.
