Currently badges/icons don't scale up with the bigger avatar sizes — we should change it so that they do, and bigger avatars get an appropriately scaled-up badge.
avatar--org should use a 30px (circle) badge, with a 2px white border.
(This size is intended to work with the resized avatar--big class which decreases the avatar photo size to 120px round and should be launching any day.)
