`floatingAction` sometimes has an inconsistent height

Coralie found this issue on mobile group home; when the MUG has a shorter description, the floatingAction is misaligned for some reason.

We're also seeing safari completely cover up the floatingAction sometimes (reported by Kristen): screen shot 2016-06-02 at 5 25 20 pm
