Not functional w/ BaronReplay in Windows 8 #2

Using windows 8.1 64 bit w/ League of Legends installed in standard path (C:\Riot Games) and BaronReplay in C:\apps\BaronReplays.

I use BaronReplays to watch a replay and wait until it is playing, then Alt-Tab to explorer and run LolCam - All patches.exe.

Messages "Error: 2 - LOLReplay not found, looking for BaronReplays" and "Error: 3 - BaronReplays not found either, will exit now" appear.

Is there anything I can do differently? I looked at the source code to try to figure out what it was checking for, but I'm lost since I don't know much about windows programming. Let me know if there's any debug information I can provide.

After running LoLCam as administrator, I was able to get it to start up. I got 3x errors of "Error: 5 - hProcess/dwTemp/pBuf". In game, numpad 2468 have no effect, but pressing F8 does change the X/Y angle numbers from 0 to some normal values (311/341).
