Updating documentation to be in line with PR #11

Also added what I think is the source of the language codes, language codes actually seen in use, and versions non-zero language codes have been found in.

From your note in the other PR, I need to add back in the whitespace at the end of lines

I've updated my editor settings to preserve EOLN whitespace for markdown files. Thank you for pointing that out.
