I used these docs to write a VI reader and found a mistake. I think the + _RSRC Header Size_ was pasted on the wrong line.
Also, I've run my reader of an extensive set of LabVIEW files and can confirm that the Block Header +1 is definitely needed, so removing the (I Think).
