This project is MIT licensed, but that is not apparent to everyone, since there is not a LICENSE file. Writing a file named LICENSE at the root of the Git repo is a common GitHub convention. I was able to easily pick "MIT License" from a license menu on GitHub, and automatically add this license template to the pylabview repo, which I then adjusted to forward on all copyright claims from the Python source.
