Phone numbers and emails not coming through #35

I have tried many troubleshooting steps but cant seem to fix it. I cant get the hidden phone numbers and emails anymore. any ideas how to fix?

No fix, it comes from instagram itself, no solution. The app itself is not returning the value it was returning before.
