As reimplement the emctl (EaseMesh command-line tools), we need to refine Documents to align to the implementation:

[x] Refine Quick Start in README.md to align to the implementation [Priority: High]
[x] Add emctl user manuls [Priority: Middle]
[x] In the current README.md we missing roadmap, Add roadmap.md to repository [Priority: High]
