Feature Request: add temp and humidity sensors #39

I have three sensors from Hildebrand, which are shown in the IHD. Can we get them as entities in the integration?

I have created a fork that creates the thermal sensors as separate devices in home assistant. Feel free to try this fork out and let me know what you think. https://github.com/wrkzk/ha_hildebrand_glow_ihd_mqtt
