Change README.md to rst, and include it in the sphinx doc #8

In fact the documentation part of README.me should move into the sphinx doc.

Done, and pushed all this directly to master (so that I can check that readthedocs get informed about the push).

Looks good, but there is that space there again. Do you want me to edit that out, or should we leave it in, assuming that you'll take care of the delimiters soon? :)

I would prefer if we leave it in :) I still have to reproduce this bug somehow
