Nintendon't Folder gets corrupted after use. #97

I finally downloaded the latest version of nintendon't last night and I was 
playing Super Mario Sunshine & Star Wars: Rouge Leader with both mayflash 
gamecube adapter and my wii u pro controller. But after each use, the 
nintendon't folder in my apps directory gets corrupted with a jumble of files 
with weird text (Don't have time to upload a screenshot now) and I can't even 
delete it. The only thing I could do was reformat my SD Card.

Do you know a possible fix for this issue? If so, please let me know asap. :)

If youre a windows user, chkdsk should be able to repair it. So a formatation 
isn't necessary. Could you upload a screenshot of it, if it happens again?

Actually I learned that it was just the SD Card itself. I'm using a different 
one and it's all working perfectly now. However I do have another issue which I 
will post now.
