Donors not by Food Type #62

Did a weekly tablet upload, then into HP on server to enter weights from manual sheet. Some donors only offer weight entry by total, not by food type. See 1/16/18, Food Lion Sun City, NLaws Produce, e.g. Food Lion Sun City (1330) Area: Bluffton Date: Tuesday, January 16, 2018 Data Entry Total Weight: 0 lbs. Additional notes:

There is no Food Lion Sun City (1330) in the database. But there is a Food Lion Kitties Xing (1330). So maybe Food Lion Sun City (1330) was added to the route with total weight instead of breakdowns by food type? Is that possible.

Anything is possible. I made changes recently when I was cleaning up agency names, id numbers, and contact info. What was Food Lion Sun City 1330 is now Food Lion Okatie (2691) http://homeplate.secondhelpingslc.org/clientEdit.php?id=Food%20Lion%20Okatie%20(2691). Old Food Lion Kitties Xing 2691 was deleted and re set up with as new http://homeplate.secondhelpingslc.org/clientEdit.php?id=Food%20Lion%20Okatie%20(2691)Food Lion Kitties Xing (1330) http://homeplate.secondhelpingslc.org/clientEdit.php?id=Food%20Lion%20Kitties%20Xing%20(1330) .

Basically, the previous id numbers were wrong (reversed), could only corrected by delete/reset-up.
